Wear JAQ LLC ("JAQ," "we," "us") operates wearjaq.shop. JAQ is currently available only through our Kickstarter campaign. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this site and our Kickstarter campaign, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using this site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Email list: your email address when you join our email list.
  • Messages: anything you include when you contact us.
  • Kickstarter backers: Kickstarter processes all pledges and payments. To deliver your reward, we receive your name, email, shipping address, and reward details. We never receive or store your card number.
  • Device and usage information: your browser, device, IP address, and how you use the site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use It

  • To send you JAQ updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To deliver Kickstarter rewards and update backers on shipping.
  • To answer your questions.
  • To run, secure, and improve the site.
  • To comply with the law.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers we need to run JAQ, and only for that purpose:

  • Kickstarter, which processes pledges and payments.
