1. Overview

wearjaq.shop is operated by Wear JAQ LLC ("JAQ," "we," "us"), a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By using this site or joining our email list, you agree to these Terms.

2. Pre-Orders on Kickstarter

  • JAQ is currently available only through our Kickstarter campaign.
  • Pledges are made and processed on Kickstarter and are governed by Kickstarter's Terms of Use. We do not take orders or payments on this site at this time.
  • Kickstarter pledges are non-refundable and do not include a warranty, except where Kickstarter's Terms of Use or applicable law require otherwise.
  • Rewards are expected to ship in spring 2027. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we will email backers about any delays.
  • Rewards ship to the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Spain, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, France, Mexico, Italy, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Norway, Austria, and the Netherlands.
  • Backers must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Products

  • Photos on this site include prototypes and may differ from final production units.
  • Colors may vary slightly from photos.

4. Email List

By joining our email list, you agree to receive updates and marketing from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

5. Intellectual Property

The JAQ name, logo, design, and site content belong to Wear JAQ LLC. The JAQ design is patent pending. You may not copy our designs or content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wear JAQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

7. Your Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

9. Changes

We will update these Terms when we begin selling on this site. Changes take effect when they are posted here.
